We provide expert support for people with a range of requirements both at home and through supported living.
We understand how valuable support in the home can be in enabling people to continue living independently. Our support workers provide a wide range of services for people with physical disabilities, children and families and people entering later life. This includes a sensitive end of life service which supports people to remain at home surrounded by friends and family rather than moving into a hospice.
We also provide supported accommodation for around 30 residents. This is a great option for older people and those living with learning disabilities who require access to round the clock care, but do not want to move into full residential care. Each person lives in a specially designed flat, complete with all the facilities they need to remain truly independent. Our expert team delivers support with daily living activities such as cooking or cleaning, and access to personal and medical care when needed.
Although we offer a wide diversity of different services, we view every person we work with as an individual with their own unique goals and aspirations. We work closely with each person to understand how we can support them to live life in the way they want. We call this approach person centred support and it reflects our belief that support services should fit in around the customer, not the other way around. This approach is highly successful in helping the people we work with live more fulfilling and enjoyable lives.
If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact us. Our team will be happy to help.

Meet the manager
Tayo Agoro started his career in homecare 12 years ago as a support worker - so really understands what great customer service looks like.
Tayo our Homecare Select Service Manager tells us more about his approach to private homecare.
To me, the important thing to remember as a manager is to always be supportive – the most important asset I have here is the team of people delivering homecare. This includes John Hammond my fabulous Team Leader and our dedicated support workers. They are a remarkable group of people – absolutely committed to providing the very best service possible and I see it as my key role to encourage an environment that supports them to do what they do so well.
In recruiting new team members, the first thing I look for is the quality of their training. I want people who have all the practical skills needed to deliver the very highest quality of service. They must be compassionate, patient and positive as well, with a deep sense of caring and the ability to see things from the customers’ point of view. Holding out for a combination of these qualities combined with personal values that mirror those of Care UK’s - reflect our team’s desire to be the best in the area.
We look forward to being at your disposal and delivering the support that customers are looking for to live an independent and fulfilling life in the home that they love – their own home.
